    What are your store hours and/or locations?
    Click on the 'Store' tab on the home page and select 'Locations'. Or click here.

  • Where can I access recipes or the online version of Longo's Experience Magazine?
    To view recipes of the latest Experience Magazine or to access recipes from past issues, click on the 'Recipe' tab on and select the 'Magazine' tab.

  • I shop at Longo's however, I don't receive your flyer.
    Our flyers are available online at Click on the 'Special' tab and select 'Flyer' to view the current flyer.

  • How do I get to the Thank You Rewards website?
    You can access the Thank You Rewards page by selecting 'Contact Us' on the home page and selecting 'Thank You Rewards'. In this area you will be able to check your point balance, redeem your points and update your profile information.

  • I am a Thank You Rewards member and my contact info has changed. How can I update my mailing address and/or email address?
    You may update your contact information by logging into the Thank You Rewards section and click 'edit profile'.

  • I am concerned with the safety of my personal information. What is Longo's privacy policy?
    We recognize that when our customers share their information with us, that it is a privilege to be trusted with this information and thus an obligation to do our best to protect and use the information as we've outlined in our program details and privacy policy. Any personal information that we do collect is for internal purposes only. We do not sell nor share your personal information with any external organization except to authorized electronic commerce service providers to process online payment, and to authorized call centers who will provide service to you in connection with our services and programs.   • Where can I find the Entertaining Made Easy Menu?
    On home page, select the 'Store tab' and click on Entertaining Made Easy.

  • Will Longo's be opening a store near me?
    We love to hear that customers enjoy shopping at Longo's and would like us to open a location in their area. We typically open 1-2 stores per year. There are sites we are working on or considering, and we will share that information as soon as it becomes available.

  • What is your refund policy?
    We're sure you'll love everything you buy at Longo's. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with your receipt to receive a full refund or exchange. Refunds will not be offered on products being returned without a receipt. We will gladly offer you an exchange of equal or lesser value.

  • Where can I find information about product recalls?
    You may call or visit your local store for more product safety and recall information. If you are a Thank You Rewards member and we have your email address, any product recalls will be sent to the available email address we have on file. Information on product recalls is also available at CFIA.

  • How can I request a donation or sponsorship?
    Our ability to contribute is a proud part of the Longo's culture. As a partner in our communities future Longo's is committed to supporting initiatives that help inspire healthy families, particularly in the areas of disease prevention and education, child and youth focused initiatives, and community nutrition and food aid programs.
