What you’ll do
In this class, you’ll enjoy a three-course menu paired with three Canadian wines. Recipes prepared with local, Canadian-sourced products will be showcased. Chef Sonia Della Mora will prepare a lovely cheese course to start, then Marinated Pork Tenderloin with fruit chutney, followed by Maple Cinnamon Baked Pears with vanilla ice cream.
