Join vegetarian chef and cookbook author Nettie Cronish to discover a meat-free world of taste and flavour that is affordable and delicious. The menu will be Tofu Meatballs with garlic, ground flax, Parmesan cheese and fresh sage; Picante Black Bean Dip on corn tortilla chips, Thai Peanut Noodle Salad; and Salted Chocolate Cookies.
