Risotto is perfect for an elegant main course or a comforting supper but has a reputation for being difficult to prepare. Allow Chef Adam Foley to show you how simple it can be. The meal will start with Arancini (Fried Rice Balls) with Wild Mushrooms, Herbs and Aioli, followed by Butternut Squash Risotto with Seared Sea Scallops, Basil Oil and Parmesan Crisps. A Lemon Semifreddo with Berries will provide a satisfying sweet finish. After this class, you’ll be able to make any variation of risotto.
