What you’ll do

They say the sauce makes the dish. If you’re a sauce lover, this class is for you. Chef/Culinary Instructor Alicia Lau will sauce it up with Creamy Ranch Deviled Eggs over a Green Goddess Caesar Salad. The next course consists of crispy Sweet and Sour Chicken Drumettes enveloped in sticky goodness. If you’re not sauced out by then, you’ll enjoy Fish Tacos with fresh Zesty Salsa and wrap up the class with Chocolate and Caramel Sauce over warm Caramelized Bananas. Mmmm, what a saucy menu!
