What you’ll do
In this class, Chef Christopher Pires will welcome you with an Iced Blueberry Tea Mocktail to set the tone. Your first course will be a slice of Blueberry, Pancetta and Goat Cheese Flatbread followed by Grilled Flank Steak and Blueberry Chimichurri served with a Wild Rice and Blueberry Salad. Finish off your evening with a slice of Lemon Blueberry Loaf.
