What you’ll do
Culinary Instructor/Chef John Bela will show you how to create amazing recipes utilizing Ontario’s favourite late summer crop. On our menu will be tasting spoons of Seared Tuna with Jalapeño Popcorn Dust and Corn Purée, Curried Sweet Corn and Coconut Soup with Caramelized Mango, Potato Gnocchi with Roasted Corn Sauce, and Corn Salad paired with Blue Corn Crab Cakes with Black Olive Red Pepper Relish and Basil Vinaigrette. Dessert – let’s just say Corn Crème Brûlée with Caramel Popcorn.
