Explore the native spices of the coastal region and learn the steps to creating Goan dishes like Spicy Eggplant and Tomato Salad, Chicken Cafreal, Lasuni Cauliflower and Goan Shrimp Balchao. The class will include wine pairings for each course and will explore the best wines to pair with Indian food at home.
