Join Chef Jennifer McConnell as she prepares a Shaved Fennel and Apple Salad with toasted walnuts and blue cheese, followed by Schnitzel with sage and brown butter sautéed apples, Buttermilk Smashed Potatoes and Roasted Carrots smothered with an apple cider cream sauce. For dessert, Pulled Apple Cinnamon Strudel.
