Summertime is here again and it’s time to fire up the grill. Join Chef Raquel Fox in this class and learn the secret to her award-winning barbecue rub and sauces. We’ll begin with Ontario Roasted Corn on the Cob with Maple-Chile Dressing, then succulent Beef and Pork Ribs two ways with a Memphis Dry Rub (pork) and a Kansas City Barbecue Sauce (beef), paired with Maple Beans and Exotic Cole Slaw. The sweet ending will be Mango and Strawberry Cobbler with a side of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
