What you’ll do
Let Chef Jim Comishen take you down to the low country of the Carolinas for a dose of Southern hospitality. Start with an authentic South Carolina Crab Cake, fried and served on a bed of field greens with a creamy garlic aioli. The main will be a lowland classic, Chicken Bog — considered an early version of jambalaya, this unique dish is named after the boggy swamps of the Carolinas. For dessert, a decadent piece of warm Sweet Potato Pie with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
