What you’ll do
Calling all bacon lovers, Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela will create an entire meal that pays tribute to a food that, to many, is a food group all on its own. We start with Bacon-Maple Cheddar Crostini with Caramelized Onions, then continue with Roasted Corn and Bacon Chowder, and Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Bacon Whisky Jam served with Pancetta Bacon and Caramelized Onion Potato Torta. For dessert: a decadent Chocolate Bacon Brownie with Bourbon Caramel Topping and Candied Bacon. The class will end with Chef John presenting his Top Ten Reasons to Eat More Bacon!
