What you’ll do

In this hands-on class, cookbook author and culinary instructor Charmian Christie will show you the secrets of making not-too-sweet, perfect-for-piping Swiss buttercream. By decorating cupcakes, you’ll leave this technique-driven class with the skills to make and colour Swiss buttercream, fill piping bags, attach and interchange tips, pipe roses of varying sizes, create two-tone petals, and add leaves as a finishing touch.
