Back by popular demand, Chef Jim Comishen goes back to his roots to prepare a rustic and truly Canadian meal for all to enjoy. Start with an East Coast Corn and Farmer's Sausage Chowder – rich, creamy and decadent, it’s a meal in itself. The main will be Roasted Chicken Breast Stuffed with Canadian Cranberries and Cream Cheese, served with fresh Rosemary Sauce over a bed of Parsnip, Rutabaga and Potato Mash. For dessert, Grandma’s Blueberry Buckle with Chantilly Cream, an East Coast favourite.
