What you’ll do

Enjoy a taste of history in this mouthwatering, educational, sweet and savoury three-hour hands-on bread baking class with Chef Rachel Fox. You’ll be greeted with an ambrosial charcuterie board to snack on Longo’s finest cheeses and other accompaniments as you participate in making 17th-century Tia Maria Jamaican Banana Bread and 18th-century Coconut Johnny Cake, Native Skillet Corn Bread and flavourful Guava Muffins with Creamy Frosting.
