What you’ll do

We’re in corn country, so let’s celebrate with great corn-infused recipes by Chef Regan Byers. The menu will include Corn Chowder, Roasted Corn Chorizo Salsa with Caesar Salad, Cheesy Jalapeño Corn Bread with a veggie-rich Corn Chili, traditional Corn on the Cob livened up with an infused compound butter, and a Sweet Corn Crème Brûlée.
