What you’ll do

In this class, you will learn how to plate colourful starters, so they are as attractive to look at as they are to taste. Chef Nicholas Scime will begin with a 30-minute demonstration and then participants will divide into teams where they will prepare and cook several tasty hors d’oeuvres including Sausage Wonton Cups, Swiss and Ham Balls, Parsley and Lemon Drop Crab Cakes, Portuguese Roll-ups, Marching Penguins, Caprese Skewers, Bird Nests, and Cranberry Chili Meatballs.
