Simple to prepare, nutritious and always elegant, Italian cuisine is enjoyed the world over. Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela will construct an elegant and delicious menu of classic Italian dishes with a modern twist: Italian Bruschetta Umami Bombs, Sweet Green Pea and Mascarpone Ravioli with Black Truffle Butter and a Seared Scallop, Tomato Butter and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Marsala with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, and Spinach with Pine Nuts, Garlic and Raisins. Make room for dessert: Limoncello Tiramisu.
