What you’ll do
Join Vegetarian Chef/Cookbook Author Nettie Cronish for an informative class with a great-tasting menu. Since 6000 BC, olive trees have been cultivated along the shores of the Mediterranean. We will be using several kinds of olive oil in the class. We’ll begin with a spectacular Spinach Tofu Tahini Dip, the best Stir-Fry with Penne, Chickpeas, Kale and Asparagus, followed by Lentil Mushroom Moussaka with Olive Oil Roux and a Walnut Olive Oil Cake with Dried Cherries.
