What you’ll do
Chef Jim Comishen takes you on a culinary journey into the wonderful world of cider. As popular as it is to drink, Canadian hard cider is also a wonderful flavouring agent for many food dishes. We’ll start with a unique Hard Cider Bread Muffin served along with Bacon, Leek and Cider Steamed Nova Scotia Mussels. Our main is Ontario Pork Schnitzel served with Braised Cider Apples and Cider-Braised Red Cabbage. For dessert, it’s Fried Apples, caramel and cider with vanilla ice cream and wafers.
