What you’ll do

Costa Rican cuisine is nutritionally well rounded and nearly always cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients alongside rice and black beans. Chef Nicholas Scime will bring his knowledge of Costa Rican cooking to you in this 30-minute demonstration class where participants will divide into teams and prepare Pork Tenderloin with a Costa Rican Coffee Glaze, Pinto de Gallo, Olla de Carne, Arroz con Leche, Tostones with Roasted Garlic Mayo, and Picadillo de Platano.
