In this class, Chef Blair Bateman will demonstrate how to make this decadent dessert, from the smooth, silky texture of the custard to the caramelized sugar topping. He’ll also show you how to make creme anglaise, caramel sauce and strawberry coulis, dessert sauces that will elevate any pastry.
