What you’ll do
Grab an apron. It could get messy. Cookbook author Charmian Christie, aka The Messy Baker, will have you melting, pouring, drizzling and scooping dark chocolate in various forms. Together, you’ll make decadent Chocolate Cherry Truffles, crunchy Chocolate Nut Clusters, a cool Chocolate No-Churn Ice Cream studded with Chocolate Crackle, and her signature Deep Dark Chipotle Brownies.
