What you’ll do
Oh yes, it’s done like dinner. Downton Abbey is back, but this time on the big screen. So, here’s a menu designed by Chef Christopher Pires that’s fit for a queen, and we’re pretty sure you will be delighted with the menu as well. Start off with Stilton and Fig Tart, then Poached Salmon with Mousseline Sauce served with Asparagus Feuilletés and Hollandaise Sauce, finishing off with lovely Eccles Cakes and ice cream. You will most definitely need a walk around the estate after this dinner!
