Chef Sonia Della Mora will start off by preparing a Lemon Sgroppino Cocktail, followed by a Frisée Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, then Orecchiette with Shrimp and Creamy Prosecco Sauce, and finish off with Prosecco Sabayon.
