What you’ll do
Let Chef Christopher Pires delight you with an Ethiopian feast in the first of what will be more menus from the land of his birth. The meal will be served on traditional Injera (like a pancake) and will include Tibs – made from the most flavourful cut of beef – with sides of Ethiopian Salad, Red and Yellow Lentils, Potato and Cabbage. No knives and forks here, just your hands. For dessert, a not-too-sweet Ethiopian Coffee Cake and ice cream. Don’t miss this one!
