Vegetarian Chef and cookbook author Nettie Cronish is proud to announce the publication of her 7th cookbook, Fair Trade Ingredients. Taking you from the fields of Bolivia, Sri Lanka and Costa Rica, to the aisles of your Longo's grocery store, this class will use coffee, sugar, chocolate, coconut milk, vanilla, spices and bananas. With them, Chef Nettie will make Coconut Granola Coffee Vanilla Banana Loaf, Green Tea Cupcakes with Green Tea Glaze and Chocolate Chunk Espresso Cookies.
