What you’ll do

Food Network Chef and Humber College Baking & Culinary Professor Kenneth Ku will share his approach to gastronomy with classic autumn dishes and desserts with a modern approach. On the menu for this class are Autumn-Inspired Red Lentil Soup; Warm Sage, Gruyère and Squash Pithiviers with Organic Greens and Key Lime Vinaigrette; Lindt Chocolate Soufflé with Passion Fruit Crème Anglaise and Whisky Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream; and Pumpkin Pie with Crème Chantilly and Sponge Toffee.
