What you’ll do

Let Bahamian-born Chef and author Raquel Fox take you on a gastronomical adventure as you dine on some of her favourite recipes from her newly released cookbook Dining in Paradise. You’ll be greeted with her sensational Vivacious Sunrise Beverage then sit back and relax as she demonstrates how to make Island Crab Cakes Wrapped in Seaweed with Tamarind Chutney, Bahama Rock Minced Lobster with Curried Rice and Switcha (citrus) Root Vegetables, followed by a legendary Coconut Custard Pie.
