What you’ll do
Many credit Chef Wolfgang Puck with starting the fusion trend with the “California movement” of integrating different cuisines with diverse flavours, ingredients and cooking styles. Tasty and creative, fusion food has no rules and we’re okay with that. So is Chef/Culinary Instructor Alicia Lau. Your evening will include Peruvian Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Vermicelli Noodles, Pineapple Fried Rice with Shrimp Provençal, Vietnamese Coffee and a Cookie. You’ll enjoy this hodgepodge of flavours!
