What you’ll do

Chef Nicholas Scime will be cooking favourite Christmas dishes from around the world. His class will begin with a 30-minute demonstration and then participants will divide into teams where they will prepare and cook several tasty treats such as Icelandic Langoustine Soup, Danish Roasted Apples and Bacon with Onions and Thyme, Chupe de Centolla (this Chilean crab gratin borders on a cheesy crab dip), Austrian Wiener Schnitzel, and Indian Goanese Shrimp Curry (Sembharachi Kodi).
