What you’ll do
Join us in the cooking school and learn how to make classic recipes from around the world. Chef Lois Alexander will take you on a culinary tour and introduce you to Thai Chicken Soup, delicious Caribbean Jerk Salmon with Mango Slaw, Greek Salad with homemade Garlic Croutons and, for dessert, Szarlotka – a traditional Polish Apple Cake dusted with icing sugar and served with cinnamon whipped cream. No passport required for this delicious class.
