What you’ll do

Chef Miro Kloska is back to help you create some delicious homemade vegan meals for every day of the week. He will show you how to make a Tofu Peanut Butter Smoothie, a delicious and unique Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Risotto, and a Creamy Cashew Spread. He’ll end the class with Yellow Gazpacho and Ratatouille.
