What you’ll do

Let Culinary Instructor Paola Moscato take you on a gourmet international taste adventure. The dishes will include French Goat Cheese Galette, Greek Roasted Chicken Strudel served with a Greek Heirloom Tomato Salad, Spanish Empanadas (meat and cheese puff pastry) and Italian Ricotta Gnocchi served with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes.
