What you’ll do

Experience Greece in this class with Chef Miro Kloska and learn some delicious and unique Greek recipes including Avgolemono with Pasta Soup – a chicken broth base with lemon, eggs and pasta. Taramasalata, a spread or dip made from the salted and cured roe of the fish mixed with olive oil, onions, bread and lemon juice. Next, he will demonstrate a staple in Greek cuisine, Tzatziki, a refreshing side dish for hot days. To close will be Yemista, baked stuffed bell peppers and tomatoes.
