Puff pastry and a simple pastry from scratch will be used as a base for all these sweet and savoury recipes: Sweet Lemon and Basil Tarts, Savoury Chorizo and Balsamic Sweet Onion Patties, Shrimp and Avocado Toast, and Profiteroles (choux pastry). These will keep your guests satisfied and give you time to spend with them.
