What you’ll do
In this class, the author of Mexican Dinner Parties, Hendrik Varju, will wow you with his menu. He'll start you off with Salsa Verde drizzled over Huevos Rancheros (ranch-style eggs) served on top of Corn Tortillas with Mexican Chorizo and Queso Fresco. This will be followed by a hearty bowl of Hungarian Goulash with potatoes, carrots and beef. For dessert, a delicious Hungarian Apple Cinnamon Strudel with almost two dozen layers of phyllo pastry in every slice. Delicious!
