Got a fussy eater on your hands? Join Tamil Culinary Instructor Rajini Nathan, Co-author of the Samayal Santhai recipe column in the Monsoon Journal, as she prepares recipes that will give your kids all the nutrition they need without the fuss. Tried and tested on her own fussy eater are French Toast, Stuffed Parathas (flatbreads made with steamed vegetables and cooked into patties) and Salmon Fishcakes – all dishes that can serve as dinner on a busy school night or a perfect after school snack.
