What you’ll do
Chef Christopher Pires fuses the spice and heat of India with the simplicity of Italian cooking to reveal bright tastes and twists on some classic dishes celebrating shrimp. The class will start with a Spicy Shrimp Stromboli – fusion cooking at its best. While you are enjoying that, Chef Christopher will prepare your main, Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo with a healthy twist, served with crusty garlic bread. For dessert, Chocolate and Shrimp – no really, a must try!
