From the coastlines of India, Sai Chelliah brings her passion for seafood using the aromatic flavours of Indian spices in her recipes. Today’s menu features Salmon Fish Tikka with a cool mint yogourt dip, popular Chennai Fish Fry (tilapia fillets marinated in a mix of southern Indian spices) served on a bed of rice pilaf, Chili Garlic Shrimp Fry, and Crab Cakes with mango salsa. Top it off with a hot Cardamom Tea.
