What you’ll do
Chef D knows the best local ingredients of this region – it’s his backyard! Inspired by local dairy and the bountiful regional harvest, participants will learn how to make recipes such as: shaved Mountain Oak Gouda stuffed chicken; herbed pear moss’ microgreens with grapefruit vinaigrette; crispy duck breast prosciutto and potato fritters with slow roasted carrots, as well as a locally inspired dessert. The Inspired Ontario cooking and entertaining series is presented by Dairy Farmers of Ontario.
