What you’ll do

Join Milk Calendar Chef Emily Richards as she brings the harvest from the Niagara region to life in this interactive class. With original recipes like Pancetta Farmhouse Risotto, Double Cheese and Caramelized Onion Sheetpan Sandwiches and Eggplant Parmesan, the focus is on farm-fresh vegetables and artisanal cheeses. Participants will also sample cheese and fine foods from local purveyors. The Inspired Ontario cooking and entertaining series is presented by Dairy Farmers of Ontario.
