What you’ll do
St. Jacobs is well-known for its agricultural heritage and timeless beauty. In this class, Chef Emily Richards fuses her passion for the region with creative, original recipes such as Cheese Crusted Buffalo Cauliflower Wings, Rich and Cream Mac and Cheese, and Chopped Salad with Grilled Halloumi to name a few. She will discuss the importance of table culture and cooking with local cheese and dairy. The Inspired Ontario cooking and entertaining series is presented by Dairy Farmers of Ontario.
