What you’ll do
During fall harvest season, Chef D brings to life the flavours of northern Ontario through original recipes designed to bring everyone together at the dinner table. In this class, participants will learn how to prep, cook and bring out the best of the Ontario harvest with dishes such as Smoked Trout Canapes with Dill Aioli and Waterloo Dark Braised Beef Sirloin Tips with Brown Butter Sage Pasta. The Inspired Ontario cooking and entertaining series is presented by the Dairy Farmers of Ontario.
