Cold and snowy outside means warm and cozy inside. Join Milk Calendar Chef Emily Richards as she brings to life the flavours of northern Ontario through original recipes designed to bring everyone together at the dinner table. In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to prep, cook and bring out the best of winter in Ontario through in-market vegetable and artisanal cheese and dairy. The Inspired Ontario Cooking and Entertaining Series is presented by Dairy Farmers of Ontario.
