What you’ll do
Irish cuisine has been the forefront of pub tradition and Irish Gastropubs worldwide have enjoyed a growing notoriety for their menus. Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela will create a menu of recipes showcasing this menu: Corned Beef and Aged Cheddar Grilled Cheese with Guinness-Glazed Caramelized Onions, Lamb Sliders with a Curry Aioli and Creamy Potato Strata, and Dingle Seafood Pie with Salmon, Cod and Shrimp in a Parmesan Cream. For dessert, Chef John’s Signature Chocolate Guinness Goodness.
