What you’ll do
Irish Gastropubs have enjoyed a growing notoriety worldwide for menus filled with amazing flavours. Chef/Culinary Instructor John Bela will create a menu of delicious Irish Gastropub recipes: Corned Beef and Aged Cheddar Grilled Cheese with Guinness-Glazed Caramelized Onions, Lamb Sliders with Curry Aioli and Creamy Potato Strata, and Dingle Seafood Pie with Salmon, Cod and Shrimp in a Parmesan Cream. Dessert will be Chef John’s signature Chocolate Guinness Goodness. Enjoy the delicious food.
