What you’ll do

While spending time in Cuba and Jamaica on many cruises, Chef Nicholas Scime enjoyed the spice of life and food of the islands. His class will begin with a 30-minute (Demonstration) and then participants will divide into teams where they will prepare and cook a meal consisting of Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Hot Banana Salsa, Whole Baked Fish Cuban-Style, Caribbean Crab Souffle, Sautéed Sweet Plantains (Tajaditas Dulces de Platano) and Plantain Tart.
