What you’ll do

Two words…Beef Wellington. Chef Gordon Ramsay made this recipe famous and Chef Vanessa has taken it to the next level. In this class, you will learn about the different cuts of beef and then be guided along as you create your own individual stuffed Beef Wellington topped with Red Wine Demiglace. For the appetizer, Chef Vanessa will demonstrate her award-winning Prosciutto Roasted Pear and Brie Flatbread with Chai-Infused Maple Glaze. In the final stretch, we’ll prepare a refreshing Fruit Sorbet.
