What you’ll do
Come taste the island with Chef Chris Pires. We’ll have the heat from the Jerk Shrimp Salad – homemade jerk-marinated shrimp grilled and served over fresh romaine with a homemade Caesar dressing. The combination of heat and sweet will set the tone for the meal. Jamaica’s signature dish – Salt Fish and Ackee – so easy, so tasty. Rice and Peas and Fried Plantain will complete the main. For dessert, Jamaican Ginger Cake – a sticky, spiced cake. So good it will become a favourite of yours.
